At the beginning of 2022, Nafaka Sacco approached us with the desire to rebrand as the Sacco industry atmosphere demanded a change in the way Saccos operated. We understood their need to adapt in order to stay relevant, retain customers and increase members.

With this in mind, we delved deep into the understanding of the Sacco, its members, products and environment, which allowed us to develop a strategy that guided the rebranding process that culminated in a new brand – Nafasi Sacco.
